#1 3-egg omelet with ham & cheese. Hashbrowns & toast.
#2 2 eggs and choice of meat. Hashbrowns, toast & juice.
#3 2 eggs any style. Hashbrowns & toast.
#4"Homestyle"- Diced potatoes, onion and meat mixed in with scrambled egg. Served with toast.
#5 "Ham Scramble" - 2 eggs with minced ham, Hashbrowns & toast.
#6 "Mini"- 1 egg and 1/2 order meat. Hashbrowns & toast.
#7 "Country Benedict" - Sausage patty and 2 scrambled eggs on a biscuit, plus hashbrowns, with country gravy.
#8 "Egg McBunny" - a grilled English muffin, topped with an egg, choice of ham or bacon, & cheese.
#9 "Skagit Sampler"- 1 egg, choice of meat, a pancake and a small OJ. With syrup.
Meat choices above are Ham, Thick Bacon or Tarheel Sausage
Toast choices are White, Wholewheat, Rye, Sourdough, Biscuit or English Muffin
