Rate = references a numbered line in our Current Rates table (x) = style of bed in room, with separate bedrooms set off by commas
fp = fireplace; kit = full kitchen; mini-kit = mini-kitchen D = double bed; Q= queen bed; T = twin single bed (in bedrooms)
Max = maximum occupancy (our health laws prohibit sleeping on floor) H = double hide-a-bed; F = futon double bed (usually in main room)
nBR = number of separate bedrooms in unit
