THE BULLERVILLE PROJECT
--
Yesterday & Today

Our Bullerville village location has existed since 1888, beginning as an early "company town" located between the communities of Rockport and Marblemount on the banks of the Skagit River. We were then primarily a community that grew up around the Buller Brothers Lumber Company. Here's a little more insight into our past.

Now, the lumber company is long gone, and we have evolved to become 125 acres of resort and community property, including a 40+ acre parcel with one mile of beautiful Skagit River shoreline. Operating for years as Clark's Cabins, the present Skagit River Resort LLC brings together the cabins, Eatery Restaurant and Sun & Forest Court RV parks into one operating entity.

Our historically derived "theme" is old mill town, which includes a country style gingerbread charm, beautiful forest/river views and peaceful relaxation. This is an ideal conceptual and operational base for the proposed new destination resort complex.

We currently include in our resort community over 28 rental cabins, 8 permanent residences, two R.V. parks, a laundromat and a highly regarded area restaurant--The Eatery.
